These Terms of Service apply to bookings and services provided by Pure & Simple Cleaning Services. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and Estimates
Online prices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final scope and time may adjust after arrival or review of uploaded photos. Minimum booking is 2 hours.
Payments and Deposits
A deposit may be required at booking. Remaining balances are due at or after service completion, based on the final approved scope.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to fees or deposit forfeiture.
Access and Safety
Please provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including entry instructions, pets notice, and parking details. We may refuse or stop service in unsafe conditions.
Satisfaction and Claims
If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service. We will review the issue and may offer a touch-up or another reasonable resolution.
